We Are

OZLF was founded in 2012 to supply container unpacking services to the Warehousing & 3PL industry.

Within this time, OZLF has built up a reputation for meeting customer needs, even with short notice and our container unpacking crews were so efficient that our customers approached us to supply casual staffing for various facets of their operation. Since then, in conjunction with container unpacking services we have built a pool of high calibre, well trained and experienced personnel who have demonstrated OZLF can remove the traditional casual staff “Hit & Miss” element of those who turn up. OZLF enables our customers to flex up and down with confidence knowing our team members are capable and competent to support your operation.

We have an extensive list of Blue-Chip customers and at some point, our staff have been involved in the supply chain within everyday items within your day 2 day life.  Whether it be within your household, furniture, pantry, fridge, freezer, lighting, apparel,  garden, car or office, our team are helping to make sure the supply chain keeps moving.

Our Founders & Senior Management Team have all worked in, and run Distribution Centres spanning Australia, Europe, USA and Canada. We have all unpacked containers, operated forklifts, and therefore, we have a greater understanding of our customer’s needs, and will ensure suitability is met, with competitive hourly pricing.
